It's been a good day off. I broke in my new Brooks Addiction Walking Shoes by doing

10.4 miles around Wash Park. My pace was good. I feel I am on track for the Denver Marathon

which is on Sunday, October 17th.  Peace,

Still Walkin' after 34 years

Sue Ann & I celebrated our 34th anniversary by participating in the National Cherry Festival in Traverse City on July 10th. Sue Ann ran the 5k and I walked it. We feel blessed to be able to pursue our interests in
running and walking.It was a great start to a wonderful week at Camp Arcadia
